In the Office Manager view, click Inventory, then the Phone Hardware tab, to see all the phones on your system.
Find a phone
Click Filters and search by MAC Address, Brand, Model, Site, or Extension, then click Filter.
Add a phone
- Click Add Phone.
- On the Basic tab, choose the Model, enter the MAC Address, and enter the extension in Line 1. More fields appear depending on the phone model.
- On the Advanced tab, leave the settings (such as Transport Method) as they are unless UnaDial tells you otherwise.
- Click Save.
Edit or export
- Edit: click the phone's MAC address, make changes, and click Save.
- Export: click Export to download a CSV list of your phones for Excel.
Good to know: Not sure about a setting? Call UnaDial support before changing it. A wrong setting can stop a phone from working.
