Current active calls
Shows each call happening now: who it's from, the number dialed, who it went to, and how long it has lasted.
Call graph
Shows your busiest times. Use the drop-down lists to change what the graph shows and how it's grouped, and the zoom buttons (1h, 1d, 1w) to change the time range.
Users and applications
- Users – users on your system
- Registered Devices – phones that are connected and working
- Total Devices – all phones set up on your system
- Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and Conferences – how many you have
- Phone Numbers – numbers assigned to your system
Usage statistics
- Current Active Calls – calls happening now
- Calls Today – calls made and received today
- Total Minutes Today – total talk time today
- Avg. Talk Time – average length of a call
- SMS Inbound and SMS Outbound – text messages received and sent
- Video Meetings Today – meetings held today
- This Month and Previous Month – usage totals for each month
