Blocking a caller for a user

    1. In the Office Manager view, click Users.
    2. Click the name of the user.
    3. Click the Answering Rules tab.
    4. Click Allow/Block.
    5. Under BLOCKED NUMBERS, type the caller's number and click +.
    6. Click Done.

    Blocked callers hear a fast busy signal or a "number disconnected" message.
