Resetting a forgotten password

    If you forgot your own password

    1. Go to the Voice Portal login page.
    2. Click the Forgot password link.
    3. Follow the instructions sent to your email.

    If an employee forgot theirs

    They can use the Forgot password link too. The reset email goes to the email address on their account. To check which address that is, open Users, click their name, and click the Advanced tab.

    If they no longer have access to that email, call UnaDial support.
