Important: Always sign out of UC+ before you delete the app or move to a new phone. If you just delete the app, logging in on another phone can cause dropped calls, no sound, or calls that don't ring.
Signing out releases your account from the system, so it's ready to use on another phone.
Steps
- In UC+, tap Keypad in the main menu.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Reset Application.
- Confirm when asked.
- Wait a moment while your account is released.
- When you see the login screen, you're signed out.
Now it's safe to delete the app.
