If calls to Snap Mobile don't ring on your iPhone, check these settings.
Turn off Low Power Mode
Apple's Low Power Mode saves battery by turning off things like Background App Refresh. Internet phone apps may not ring reliably while it's on, so turn it off if Snap Mobile isn't ringing.
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap Battery.
- Turn off Low Power Mode.
Let Snap Mobile run in the background
In Snap Mobile's Settings, the background option lets the app keep working when it's closed. Letting the app run in the background helps you get incoming calls, but uses more battery. See "Snap Mobile settings, greetings, and answering rules."
