Don't have the Voice Portal open? You can turn on forwarding and Do Not Disturb by dialing these codes from your phone.
Call forwarding
- Forward all calls: dial *72 + the number, like *722145551234. Turn it off with *73.
- Forward when you're busy: dial *90 + the number. Turn it off with *91.
- Forward when you don't answer: dial *92 + the number. Turn it off with *93.
- Forward when your phone is offline: dial *94 + the number. Turn it off with *95.
Do Not Disturb
- Turn on: dial *78. Your calls go straight to voicemail.
- Turn off: dial *79.
Anonymous callers
- Reject calls with hidden caller ID: dial *77. Turn it off with *87.
Good to know: These codes forward to a phone or an outside number, like a cell phone or another extension. To forward calls to a phone menu, a call queue, or a voicemail box, use the Voice Portal instead. See "Setting up answering rules (forwarding, Do Not Disturb, and more)."
