Once you're logged in to your mailbox by phone, press these keys.
Main menu
- 1 – New messages
- 2 – Saved messages
- 3 – Send a message
- 4 – Call forwarding
- 5 – Mailbox options (passcode and name)
- 6 – Greetings
- 7 – Deleted messages
While listening to a new or saved message (1 or 2)
- 1 – Save
- 2 – Replay
- 3 – Forward to a co-worker
- 4 – Delete
- 5 – Skip
- 6 – Reply (only works for calls from inside your company)
- 7 – Rewind 15 seconds
- 8 – Pause / continue
- 9 – Fast-forward 15 seconds
Send a message (3)
- 1 – Send to one or more co-workers. Enter each extension followed by #.
- 2 – Send to everyone
- 3 – Send to a group
While listening back to your recording:
- 5 – Skip
- 7 – Rewind
- 8 – Pause / continue
- 9 – Fast-forward
Call forwarding (4)
- 1 – Send all calls to voicemail (same as Do Not Disturb)
- 2 – Choose where calls forward to
- 3 – Turn forwarding on or off
- 4 – Forward all calls to the phone you're calling from (you'll be asked to confirm)
Mailbox options (5)
- 1 – Change your voicemail passcode
- 2 – Record your name
Greetings (6)
- 1 – Record a greeting
- 2 – Listen to your greeting
- 3 – Choose which greeting is active
Deleted messages (7)
- 1 – Move back to saved messages
- 2 – Replay
- 3 – Skip
From any menu
- # – Go back to the previous menu, or finish what you're doing
