Checking your voicemail from your desk phone

These steps work from your desk phone, the Web Phone, or the Snap Mobile app.

Check your own voicemail

1. Press the Messages button on your desk phone, or dial *98.
2. If you have more than one mailbox, pick the one you want from the list on the screen.
3. When asked, enter your voicemail passcode, then press #.

Check someone else's voicemail

You'll need their voicemail passcode.

1. Dial *97.
2. When asked, enter their extension.
3. Enter their voicemail passcode, then press #.
