Listening to voicemail in the Voice Portal

    You can listen to and manage your voicemail from any web browser.

    Steps

    1. Log in to the Voice Portal.
    2. Click the Messages icon at the top of the page.
    3. On the Voicemail tab, hover over a message to see your options:
      • Play it
      • Call the number back (click the number)
      • Download it
      • Save it
      • Forward it
      • Delete it
    4. Use the drop-down list at the top to switch between New, Saved, and Trash (recently deleted) messages.

    Tip: Your newest messages also show up on the Voice Portal Home page.
