Your mailbox can hold more than one greeting, so you can switch to a special one when you're traveling or the office is closed for a holiday.
Record an alternate greeting
- Log in to your mailbox from your phone.
- Press 6 for greetings, then 1 to record a greeting.
- When asked for the greeting number, press 2 for your first alternate greeting. (Greeting 1 is your regular greeting.)
- Record your greeting and follow the prompts to save it.
Switch which greeting plays
- From the greetings menu (6), press 3 to choose the active greeting.
- Pick the greeting you want callers to hear.
Don't forget: Switch back to your regular greeting when you return.
