Call a co-worker's extension
Dial their 3- or 4-digit extension, or press the button on your phone that's set up for that person.
Use intercom
Intercom connects you to a co-worker's phone instantly. Their phone doesn't ring. It beeps, then their speaker and microphone turn on so you can talk right away. It's great for announcing a visitor or asking a quick question.
To intercom someone, dial *50 plus their extension. For example, dial *50101 to intercom extension 101.
Good to know: Intercom only works if the other person's phone supports it and is set up for it. If it just rings normally, call UnaDial support to have it turned on.
