When your phone rings, you can answer three ways:
- Handset: lift the handset.
- Speakerphone: press the Speaker button.
- Headset: this depends on how your headset is connected. Usually you press the button on the headset, or the headset button on the phone.
Tip: You can also see incoming calls in the Voice Portal and answer or send them to voicemail from there. See "Answering and controlling calls from the Voice Portal."
