Installing the Remote Desktop app on Android

Download

Open Google Play, search for Parallels Client, and install it. You'll need Android 10 or newer.

Add your connection

  1. Open the app and tap the + icon.
  2. Choose Remote Application Server. Don't choose Standard RDP.
  3. Enter the server address from your Welcome Email.
  4. Tap Connect and sign in. Enter your Microsoft Authenticator code if asked.

The first time you connect, the app may offer to create a shortcuts folder on your home screen.

Use your apps

Tap an app to open it. The three-dot menu has Refresh, Change domain password, Settings, Help, and Log off. Log off closes all of your apps.

Using a Chromebook? Use the web portal in your browser instead. See "Signing in to the Remote Desktop web portal."
