Installing the Remote Desktop app on iPhone or iPad

    Open the App Store, search for Parallels Client, and install it. It's free. You'll need iOS or iPadOS 17 or newer.

    Add your connection

    1. Open the app and tap the + icon.
    2. Choose Remote Application Server. Don't choose Standard RDP.
    3. Enter the server address from your Welcome Email.
    4. Tap Connect and sign in. Enter your Microsoft Authenticator code if asked.

    Use your apps

    Your apps appear on the app launcher screen. Tap one to open it. Grayed-out icons aren't available right now.

    The menu icon has Refresh, Change Domain Password (to change your password), Settings, Log Off, and Help.
