Download and install
- Get the installer: in the web portal, open the menu (person icon) and click Download Client, or use the download link from UnaDial. The app is called Parallels Client.
- Run the installer.
- If you don't have administrator rights on your computer, choose Install Basic Client.
- Choose where you want shortcuts, then click Next, Install, and Finish.
Add your connection
- Open the app. Click the Navigation button and choose New connection.
- Enter the server address from your Welcome Email. Don't click Create RDP Connection instead.
- Click Next.
- If you're asked for a Connection mode, choose the one listed in your Welcome Email.
- For Friendly name, type UnaDial Remote Desktop.
- Click OK.
Connect
- Double-click your connection.
- Sign in with your username and password, and your Microsoft Authenticator code if asked.
- Your apps appear in folders. Double-click an app to open it.
Tip: Right-click an app and choose Add to Favorites to keep it handy.
