UnaDial Remote Desktop lets you use your company's apps and desktop from anywhere. Everything runs on UnaDial's secure servers, so your files and programs stay in one place no matter which computer or device you use.
Two ways to connect
- In a web browser – nothing to install. Open the web portal address, sign in, and start working. See "Signing in to the Remote Desktop web portal."
- With the app – install the free app on your Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Android device for the smoothest experience. The app is called Parallels Client in app stores. See the article for your device.
What you need
Your Welcome Email from UnaDial has everything you need:
- the web portal address and the server address for the app
- your username
- your password
Good to know: Some accounts also ask for a code from the Microsoft Authenticator app when you sign in. See "Signing in with Microsoft Authenticator."
