Choose how you receive faxes
In the fax Settings, pick where incoming faxes go:
- Email – faxes arrive in your inbox.
- ATA – faxes print on your fax machine. You'll enter the adapter's MAC address.
Faxes go to the email address of the main (primary) user on the account.
View your fax history
Open Fax in the Voice Portal to see every fax sent and received, with its status. You can:
- filter by sent or received
- see your fax numbers
- view or download any fax
- delete faxes
