Making, answering, and transferring calls on the Web Phone

Make a call

1. Click DIAL PAD.
2. Dial the extension or phone number, then click the green call button.
3. When you're done, click the red end button.

Answer a call

When a call comes in, your computer plays a ringing sound and a pop-up appears. Click:

• Green to answer
• Red to decline
• Gray to send the call to voicemail

Transfer a call

1. During the call, click the Transfer button.
2. Choose Choose From Contacts to send the call to a co-worker, or Dial A New Number to send it to an outside number.
