The Home page gives you a quick view of everything happening on your extension.
What you'll see
- New Voicemail Messages – your newest voicemails, with who they're from, the date, and how long they are.
- Recent Call History – your latest calls, with the number, name, date, and length.
- Active Answering Rule – which answering rule is handling your calls right now, and what it does (for example, "Simultaneously ring 101"). Use the drop-down list to switch to a different rule.
- Active Phones – which of your phones are online right now, like your desk phone or the Web Phone. If none are, it says "You have no active phones."
The menu bar
Across the top you'll find Home, Messages, Fax, Contacts, Answering Rules, Time Frames, Phones, Music on Hold, and Call History.
Office managers: you'll also see Manage Organization in the top-right corner. Click it to go back to the company view.
